In order for a PA's role to work well the ability to deal confidentially is essential, Helen was often aware of critical business issues and decisions many weeks and months ahead of their announcement and always remained confidential and sensitive to the situation.
Helen also managed a small team of other secretaries and administration staff and was an excellent people manager being reasonable and fair with a strong focus on coaching and support, but she set high standards and was not afraid of robust people management when required.
Helen's IT skills were excellent, resulting in her being the functions power user for Email, Word and PowerPoint."
